Elizabeth Green

Elizabeth Green is a dedicated defense attorney with extensive courtroom experience in state court litigation, specializing in serious felonies, complex criminal matters, and constitutional defense.

Elizabeth began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida, serving in Monroe County (16th Judicial Circuit) and Duval County (4th Judicial Circuit). During her tenure in Duval County, she was specially assigned to the Gun Offender Violence Court (GOVC), where she exclusively defended clients facing high-stakes firearm cases subject to severe mandatory minimum sentences. She later relocated to Pennsylvania, joining the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office. Across her career, Elizabeth has handled extensive pretrial litigation—including Motions to Suppress, Stand Your Ground defense, and evidentiary challenges—and has tried numerous felony jury cases, including homicides and high-exposure offenses.
